Sergei - Let me know if I can use RSS for http://www.mynewshub.com . I have fairly good hits for it (about 25000) a month and it is growing.

Newport Waterfront has been an extremely helpful board (thanks sonia / lenin all) . I am making a jersey city page there and would like this as a source for it ( not in competition as we don't have discussion board ).

I don't see why not. It's there to be used for distribution of board content.
I'd also suggest to include Path Alerts RSS, if you are not already using it.
