Brunswick Community Garden.
Minnie,
Would you care to post your version of events relating to the closure of the Brunswick Community Garden?

Re: Brunswick Community Garden.
Robin,
We understand ***** apparently decided she did not want to renew the lease because she no longer wishes to continue doing any work with the New Brunswick Community Garden. In addition, signing the lease renewal would subject her to possible liability, which she wants to avoid. Community members may start the process from the beginning by submitting a proposal to the city for it's approval. Good luck.

Re: Brunswick Community Garden.
Robin,
One last thing, I spoke with ***** over a week ago. At the time, she informed me she would not be renewing her lease, and provided the previous explanation. I shared this information out of compassion for what seems to be bewildered individual members of the New Brunswick Garden group, instead of letting them stay in the dark. It was simply an act of kindness.
There is absolutely nothing to intrepet from my words. They are what they are.

Re: Brunswick Community Garden.
We understand the Brunswick Community Garden has been saved by its members, and wish them well.
I had a chance to speak with Rodney Hadley this morning, and to let him know of my conversations with *****, regarding her intentions to stop working in the BC garden. It was obvious to me ***** simply wanted to move on, and not do anymore ********* in this particular place. I don't believe ***** has given up ********* altogether, or that she intended any harm. In my interactions with ***** I found her to be a nice person. I think the people in Newport have a good impression of her, and Jamie has offered her space for a garden, although ***** may not wish to accept it at this time.
From our discussions, I understand, she needs a rest away from community activities, right now, and to mull over what she wants to do with her career, and her life. She needs to find direction, please respect that.
