I wanted to share this great find:
Janam Tea on 353 Grove Street (see www.janamtea.com).
Excellent tea.
The proprietor's name is Amy. I thought I knew a lot about tea (I come from a tea-drinking region and have a friend who owns a tea estate), but her knowledge blew me away.
She plans to have chess / scrabble / movie nights, etc.
