Hot water outage?

Was there a hot water outage in Riverside around noon today?

I waited almost 30 minutes and all I got was cool water...
Did anyone else have this problem, or was it just me? :confused:

My apt at East Hampton apparently had hot water outage about two weeks ago. Since then hot water from the kitchen is brownish all the time, no matter how many times I left it run for at least 15 min. Anyone has the same problem? I haven't reported the problem yet, because I don't cook. I should report it soon.
