Oh Comcast, Where Art Thou???

Has anyone here seen a Comcast truck since the initial sighting last week near the Madison bldg? I haven't.

Ok. I saw Comcast again today parked in front of Jefferson and Madison bldgs. Do they only work only once a week?

The current rumor is that cable modem service will be delayed a bit behind TV.

I wonder how the change from RCN will work. Will RCN send out a bulletin saying that they are no longer our service provider? Will Comcast ask us what service we want or we will be immediately be switched to a comparable plan.

It would be nice if management actually commented to the tenants about the cable switch.

As a matter of fact, Comcast is wiring the buildings (starting with the older ones) for their service, and the plan is to complete the work by November. It will be up to the tenants to decide whether to switch their cable service to Comcast or remain with RCN.

Just goes to show you what a community may accomplish when it unifies. :cool:

The doorman here in East Hampton just told me Comcast is here working in our building. I hope so...
