DVR service from Comcast

I got a call from Comcast this week that DVR service is now available. Does anyone have DVR and how do you like it?

I used TiVo before Comcast and loved TiVo. Comcast's DVR is not as good, makes mistakes (records new and old episodes of certain series, even though I may only specify new episodes). But, I am currently using Comcast DVR as it has dual tuner while TiVo's version for cable doesn't have this feature. In every other aspect, TiVo is superior (and slightly more expensive).
