Since 11am this morning, JM has no water. The building reportedly has had some water pipe bursts, and they are still working to fix the problem (It is 9:40pm).
We have not yet received any clear information on what the problem is or have any idea when it will be solved. All we hear is constant, incomplete and false alarms.
This has been going on since 9am this morning. For the last few hours, we have been hearing about the fire 'emergency' alarms as well, which are first telling us to evacuate and then telling us it's a false alarm, if we are lucky.
Is the management sleeping? No water for almost 12 hours..No clear isntructions. False fire alarms every half hour..Elevators are a mess. These are all unforgivable for an apartment complex this size.
What can we do to make sure that this situation does not repeat?
For reference, apart from the no water problem, the false alarm issue is a regular for JM.
