Lincoln Harbor

I have just found out about a pool hall at Lincoln Harbor (number 5 on this map)

I do not have a car, but it looks like the Light Rail (top the map) stops right by, although since there is no map scale I've no idea how far the walk would be. It does seem to go through a parking lot though.

My question is have you been to Lincoln Harbor and what is the best (non-car) way of getting to where the shops are?

I have taken the light rail to eat at Houlihans twice now, which is right beside hi-tech billiards. It is very close. Where it says "proposed building" is currently a giant parking lot. You just walk across the parking lot and around to the front of the building and you are there. It is perhaps a 2-3 minute walk.

The light rail line north goes quick, as there are only 3 stops all the way from hoboken to the end.
