Management office

:mad: Does anybody out there know who I need to talk to to get some response out of the management office.

This may surprise many, but I've always had success when I email Fermin Garcia directly. Within 24 hours I get a call back from my building manager. That's assuming you live in one of the Presidential Plaza buildings.

I don't have his email at the moment, but I'm sure someone on this board has it.
