Weekend Restaurant Parking

What are the rules for restaurant parking on weekends? Is it free for the whole day with validation or only for the four hours? What happens if car stays in the garage for more than 4 hours?

You can park for any 4 hour period on Saturday and Sunday (beginning at 8am) at no charge as long as you have a restaurant validation sticker. If you stay in the garage for 5 hours then you are charged for the 1 hour rate (6 hr= 4 hr free w/validation +2hr rate etc).
