On Wednesday, we found out our little chihuahua, Taco Bell, was in chronic kidney failure. We rushed him to the Hoboken Animal Hospital ("HAH"), but later decided to take him to the Cornell Animal Medical Center in Manhattan ("AMC"), after we became concerned that he might lose his life in HAH. Taco is currently under the care of a kidney specialist, and a team of Vets at AMC, where he was admitted. We understand his condition has improved. Please join us in praying that he continues to get better, and can come home soon.
We would also like to advice residents, although we think HAH is a fine general practice, if you suspect your pet is seriously ill, you should take them to the specialists at AMC, which is associated with a major University.
