My turtle is going to die soon but Petz seems screwed up right now.

When I try to visit the shops or view my inventory, I get a bunch of bulletin board registration pages. Ack!

Help soon?

I have just rebuilt the Petz database so try that. If it doesn't work let me know and I'll perform further checks.

I've double checked the other places where things could go wrong and those are all ok.

Have you tried clearing your cookies and then logging back into the site?

I wish I could play with your turtle, but once the pet starts dying, the application does not allow that anymore. :(

I just deletd my cookies and logged back in and NO LUCK!

When I go to the shop area, I hit a Newport registration page.

HELP! MY TURTLE!!!

I emailed Kerry-Anne for more help. Did you try registering on the second registration page? Also, you should try placing your pet in the adoption center for a few days or week? make sure it's a temporary placement, so you can take him back out after the problem is fixed.

I've fixed up Mr.Turtle and restored him to 100% health so he is a very happy and content turtle (or so he told me any way ;) )

I have not been able to recreate your problem so it could be a browser issue. Which browser are you using? I'm using Firefox 1.0 on Windows 2000.
