How to get to La Guardia airport

I am flying out of LaGuardia airport on Monday and I am interested in the New York Airport Service bus out of Port Authority. It's only $12. Does anyone know where to catch this bus or other ideas on how to get to the airport.

path to wtc = $1.50
walk 1 block across to fulton street station
catch 4,5 express to 125 St = $2.00
get out and get M60 bus to your terminal at LGA = (free subway transfer using any metrocard else $2)
Total: $3.50
takes total 1 hr 15 minutes end to end (maybe shorter in weekdays)
same route back

I've taken this route many times when I dont have much luggage.
You could also catch cab from 125 Street if you dont want the bus.

E train to Port Authority Bus terminal (42nd st)
$12 airport shuttle

OR EVEN BETTER:

PATH to 34th street
N train to end of line astoria ditmars
bus from astoria ditmars to laguardia

I just paid $80 for a cab. Luckily, my company will cover that cost.

take NY waterway ferry to 38th.
free shuttle to 42nd and Park.
Take NY airport service bus you mentioned. (Port Authority is the first stop and they stop at Park and 42nd before heading to the airport)
