Tivo features on RCN

Someone once mentioned on this board that they had tivo-like features through RCN. If so, please let me know how much it costs and what it is called? Also I spoke with my sister who has digital cable through Comcast and she told me, she plays close to $60 a month for her cable service. I am sticking with RCN.

I just use a regular 40G Series 2 Tivo box with RCN and it works like a charm.
