Anybody know of any excellent Hotels/Resorts in Hawaii?

We stayed at the Hyatt in Waikiki last month. Very nice hotel that is set in a shopping complex. It's right by the beach, and the tour buses stop right outside the entrance.

If you are going to the big island, then I recommend Hilton Waikoloa Village (Big Island, Hawaii).
