Sorry Wishiwas,
Your previous post was deleted by mistake. I'm trying to move the threads from the singles forum over here.
Okay, We'll have to wait for Prashant to get this done.

Let me begin this thread with a recent experience with my dog, Barron. Barron is a black and silver miniature schnauzer. This Sunday my sister and I had plans to eat brunch. When she arrived, I got a call from my ex-husband who was coming over to sign some insurance papers. Then I got a call from my two nieces who were going to drop by and join us for brunch. Anyway, the third time my doorbell rang, I didn't even look to see who was at the door and let my dog, Barron go out the door. I just assumed that it was my nieces at the door. It turned out to be a security guard from downstairs who was notifying me that my sister had to move her car (we were waiting for my nieces). Anyway, Barron practically chased the guard down the hallway. I was so embarassed and scared that I would get into trouble due to Barron's bad behavior.

I went to the mall petsore today and they did indeed verify that all of their dogs come from breeders and not puppy mills.
They had the most adorable chihuahuas, beagles, and mini pincers.
Anyone know anything about the mini pincers?
I want a puppy soooooo badly!!!

Make sure you read up online about the dog you consider getting to make sure that he/she has the termperment that suits you. Too many times people get dogs and when theyt complain about certain traits, find out later that those traits are common in that breed. Some dogs are noisy, others are low-key, some are hyper, others stubborn. Believe me, it may sound kind of dumb but it is really important to do your research. Because though some characteristics can be only a phase other traits are permanent and will not change with age. I had did research on minature schnauzers and and scottish terriers and then I contacted several breeders online. They let me know if or when they would be expecting a litter. It turns out that I got my dog for alot less than at a pet shop (no middle man). When Barron was born, the breeder e-mailed me pics and let me know his progress. Also there are alot of resuce dogs for every breed out there. I was looking up the mini schnauzers to see if I could get Barron a friend.
