If you take over the lease, then you pay the mgmt company 1.5 months rent as security deposit
If you sublet from me, then its 1st month rent + 1.5 months rent as security deposit
East Hampton is the green bldg (Towers of America) -- these are the newer blgs
None of the utilities are included
I think Parking is $140/month by the George Washington bldg.
