DSL Reports - Tweaking

According to DSL Reports, my upload speed is 3x faster than the download. It also asked me if I have tweaked my internet connection. I am really lost here. I am using 2 computers sharing the same T1. One is connected directly to T1 outlet. The other one is through Router in order to synchronize with my digital media receiver. The one through the router has "tweaked" message.
Would anybody please explain to me why it happens and how to correct it? I highly appreciate any input.

The one connected direct has the priority over the one through the router. Your best course of action would be to connect them both through the router. This will then even things out for you.
