I've got news for those of you who get out of the Newport area every now and then to shop. Manhattan doesn't count.

Anyway, Walmart and Sams Club just opened in Secaucus by the Mill Creek Mall and Olive Garden on Route 3W.

I actually made it to Secaucus this past weekend. The place is huge and the aisles are wider so it's a little more comfortable to shop in this Walmart as opposed to the one in Linden where your constantly exercising the term, "Excuse me". They've actually got a nice selection of Christmas trees also, sorry I didn't notice any real ones, but the trees range from 3ft to about 9ft in height. There are green and white trees, pre lit and plain.

The Olive Garden was also rebuilt, the wait has gotten longer. It's ok though because they added a new bar at the entrance to keep you busy. It's too bad that by the time I got seated I was so plastered I couldn't taste my food, so can't share an opinion on that. If you visit the bar ask for Rob, I think when Olive Garden re-opened they picked up a few new recruits, so the others are still in (HUH? mode).
