Here's a milk shake that is low in calories, and tastes great. We make it at home during the warm weather. The only requirement is that you love mangos. You can buy and peel your own mangos for this shake, or for the fast easy way, buy the sliced fresh mangos in a carton from fresca's. You will need:
2 sliced mangos (discard pits)
1 cup lowfat milk
1/2 cup Haagen Daz low fatvanilla bean ice cream
2 packets Equal
7 cubes ice
Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend on medium for about one minute, check to make sure everything is thoroughly blended. Serve-up in tall glasses.
