So I'm attempting different approaches to staying healthy. At one point I couldn't take my eyes of the scale. I wanted to lose pounds and I wanted to see evidence, pound by pound, that I was that much closer to my ideal weight. So that bombed when I took Xenadrine for a month religiously, cut out junk food, and ate two meals a day and didn't lose a single pound.

Now I'm just trying to fit in my clothes a little better, if I can do that I guess that would be all right. So I wake up in the morning and order Pilates on MagRak. This is serious stuff man, I mean they make it look so easy on the screen. The instructor and her girls are holding their legs in these 90 degree positions and then extending them to 135 degree positions without putting there legs down. Whew!

Pilates takes supreme mid-section strength and it moves slow. You feel that burn. So I'm thrilled that I can achieve this level of a sweat in the home with no machines, no jumping, & no fast repetition. I can actually feel my whole mid-section being affected by the workout. It's amazing.
