As in prior years, I've been advised by management that they will be hosting this year's Halloween Costume party for Newport's smallest residents, which will be held in the Gazebo Park this Friday, October 29th, starting at 3:30 pm. The park is located on River Drive South, between the South Hampton and Duane Reade.
