Shore club owners***Urgent***

Would like to join the Shoreclub owners association / club/ group - if it already exists or else would like to initiate the process of forming one.Some serious issues need to be resolved

Did prices at Shore club fall recently? or were they sold out completely before that. Prices at Portofino have f***** significantly from the levels they were back when the bookings opened.

SC South has sold out. There are no apartments available. They have started dismantling the model apartment too. Not heard about any price falls (and thats probably unlikely as they were priced below market in the 1st place)
