Portofino apartment prices (to buy)

Can anyone tell me how much apartments in the Portofino building are being sold for? In particular, I am interested in the Tuscany unit (2 br, 2bth - 1111 sqft) with covered parking.

You can subscribe to their mailing list. Just got an email today from them listing the units mentioned below as being available at the following rents (however it doesn't talk about the model).

Unit 1401 : $580,900
Unit 1504 : $638,900

Both with Covered Parking included in that price. Also they say Additional Homes are available. The Sales Office is closed Sat (as they observe the Sabbath) but try Sunday. I just went recently. Very good folks..
