I guess it's Droyer's. Only heard it, and thought it was "Groyer's." Anyway, I hear it's a new development on the waterfront in Jersey City, only about 15 minutes away.. and the homes/condos(?) are selling fast. I'd love to check it out.

I have a friend who is going to move into a 2 br duplex unit, she bought it because it was less expensive than any property on the Hudson waterfront. Her unit faces Newark Bay and a cement factory. If you work in NYC you'll have a long commute, (1 hr) bus then J Sq PATH. The entire complex is build on a reclaimed chromium contaminated site near Home Depot on 440. I felt the the construction was shoddy, its builder is K Hovnanian not known for quality construction. If you don't mind the commute and don't plan to live there more than 2 years it might be a good investment.

Jersey City Heights has become a Hispanic ghetto...much like West New York and Union City.

Safter than Greenville, Journal Square, Bergen or Marion sections. A car is almost a necessity but on-street parking is readily available.
