What is a good rent for one bedroom in one of the green buildings. Don't care much about the view.
I might be looking for an apartment in one of these buildings and want to know what rent is a good deal and which one is nothing special.

Are you looking for a place to rent / sublet ?

The 1 bedrooms go from around $1750 (a little less if you negotiate) - $2000

You will find some people have studios for around $1500 - $1600.

Depending on the floor you are looking for, and the view depends on the rent.
