Is Verizon DSL available for James Monroe building

I'm about to move in and called Verizon to set up a phone line. When I asked if they had DSL, she said that they didn't (the address didn't show up as available).

Do any of you guys at James Monroe have Verizon DSL, and is it available for the entire building? If so, could the lady have entered the address incorrectly?

You can get Verizon DSL in Monroe for sure. Maybe she entered Weaver Dr S instead? I had that happened once.
