Who is Ming and why do I see Ming-references all over the old bulletin board, and even on this new board?

Ming was this girl who apparently was afraid of terrorism to a new level and would post warnings for all. She basically needed to move to a bomb shelter in the midwest so she'd feel safe. Everyone had a good time making fun of her.
