Sonia,

Do you, or anyone else on the list, know from experience if it's possible to have a circular or flyer put in everyone's mailbox in the building where one resides?

If you look at one of the other threads, you'll know that we at the Lincoln Building are fed up with the bad NTC Internet connection and we're doing what we can about it to bring about a change.

If we put together a flyer telling all the residents the status of things, where they can register complaints, ideas for next steps, etc., is it safe to give it to the doorman and ask him to distribute it to all the mail cubbies? The content of the whatever we circulate is not going to be anything Lefrak would be happy to see its tenants receive, since it's critical of one of their "seervices" so I'm wondering if it's better for us to just slide them under each of the apartment doors one night and skip the building management/maintenance staff altogether ? (Which is what my gut is telling me.)

why not just slide the leaflets under everyone's door? the menu people do it all the time and i reckon for once this may be a leaflet people will actually want to read :)

i remember a while ago someone posted a complain letter re: ntc in front of the elevators and in the laundry room in the morning, and all postings had been removed by the time i returned from work that very same day. i wouldn't involve the doormen in this at all if possible.
