Hi -- I am having my apartment painted soon, and I am wondering if anyone has any experiences with this we can discuss?
Did they provide you with plastic to put over the furniture in the center of the room?
Were you living there while they did it, or did you stay in a hotel?
Any experiences here in Newport, please message me or post here! Thanks!

Also, did they do one room at a time, or did you clean out the whole place and put everything in one room before hand?

Management hires an outside painting company to paint your apartment on a scheduled date. The Painters should stop by to see your apartment before starting the job. You can request plastic cover ups to protect your furniture from management, as well as the painter. They will ask you to move all your belongings to the middle of the room, leaving free space by the walls so the painters can move around a bit when they're doing the job.
There is no need to spend the night in a hotel, the paint dries in a matter of hours. :)
