James Monroe parking garage rate increase?

Did anyone else notice a rate increase this month? My monthly parking fee went up from $160 to $170. The garage said they sent a notice around but I didn't receive one.

I live in the George Washington and I got a notice a couple of months ago. It came along with all of the other "spam" I get under my door.
