It's located on the first floor of Newport Tower. As far as I know, it's a backup daycare center.

They are very nice. Great for smaller kids the bigger ones do get bored. Mostly they have a deal with the company you work for, (in which case its free) else its pretty expensive. I don't know the exact cost.
YOu find the kids being taken to the park at newport and hte waterfront.
